Jaroslav Pavelka finished his studies at Brno Technical University at 1952 where he had a specialization in the branch of artistic architecture and design under the guidance of famous pedagogues e.g. sculptor Vincenc Makovský - the founder of industrial design in C.S.S.R., scientist, urbanist and architector Jiri Kroha - the author of socialogist fragment etc.. Vincenc Makovsky has chosen J.Pavelka as his personal pupil whom he could transfer the generation line \"Myslbek-Stursa-Makovsky\". J.Pavelka had a chance to study sculpture and design at V.Makovsky as well. Jaroslav Pavelka has had several important professions during his life. He was a pedagogue at the Army Technical Academy in Brno, he worked as a scientist and designer at the Cabinet of Federal Government of C.S.F.R., he was a member of the Council of Soft Art Production and in the Institute of Industrial Design in Prague. He was an artist in the sphere of audiovisual art and scenography, he organized exhibitions and he was active in other branches of free and applied art. At present time he used to call himself \"free artist\". Jaroslav Pavelka has realized more than 100 projects of multivision, graphic, textile panels and new forms of multivisual art at the exhibitions at home and abroad as well. He is an author of many new techniques and original technologies in drawing, painting, graphic and sculpture.
