CONSULTATION FEES FOR FENG SHUI
Consultations and site recommendations must be made on site.
We do not provide or recommend online readings due to the accuracy of the information we provide to our clients.
RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
Minimum fee is $500.00 for up to 1000 sq. ft. or under.
$.50 per sq. ft. above 1000sq.ft.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES
Minimum fee $500.00 for 1000 sq. ft or under
$.50 per sq. ft above 1000 sq. ft.
$.20 per sq. ft. for warehouse/factory manufacturing space
LAND/SITE DEVELOPMENT
Fee quoted per scope of requirements needed for project
TRAVEL FEES AND EXPENSES OUTSIDE OF CALIFORNIA WILL BE QUOTED PER PROJECT
